RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT WSC

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Wuensch Sales Company, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.  You must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the item listed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Returning Items at WSC

If returning items directly or via mail to WSC, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Support or your sales person at 713.921.6419. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. 

All Returns Must Have a Return Authorization / RMA

Please note that items without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. 

Things to Know:

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • When returning an item, you must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the item listed
  • Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases, or contain hazardous materials cannot be returned through the mail – even if the item was drained of these materials
  • For safety reason, certain products cannot be returned if opened
  • Some items are subject to a re-stocking fee
  • When returning an item, the manager has the right to refuse returns of any item, at any time, for any reason

RE-STOCKING FEES

A 25% re-stocking fee may apply to an item being returned. Items with a 25% re-stocking fee are subject to change at any time. See an associate for details or call Customer Support at 713.921.6419.

The re-stocking fee may be waived if any of these conditions are met, and is at the sole discretion of WSC Management:

  • Item is unopened and in new condition
  • Item is exchanged for an upgraded product in the same category

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Items on this list are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

    • No returns on fabricated, cut-to-length, or special order items
    • No returns on Draeger Gas Detection Tubes
