Committee of Marine Professionals and Ship Suppliers (COMPASS)



COMPASS is essentially an informal marketing organization, a joint committee of the U.S. association, The National Association of Marine Services, and the Canadian Shipsupply and Services Association to promote the advancement of ship supply in North America. NAMS and CSSA have held a joint annual meeting, the latest, their 11th in Phoenix, Arizona in April 2006. The joint meeting is now called the COMPASS meeting.
